Aurogen is privately held and intentionally lean. We'd rather describe how the work gets done than publish a wall of faces.
Build it, then run it
Whoever sets a business up is usually still there years later, operating it. Nothing is handed off to a stranger.
Multi-disciplinary by necessity
A group this size means the same people move between a server migration, a booking calendar and a harvest plan in one week.
Scaled by automation, then AI
Automation carried us for years. Today the group runs on AI and current tooling end to end, which is how so few of us serve so many, faster and cheaper, without cutting quality.

Each business runs itself.
Every business has its own manager and team. Group functions (finance, legal, brand and shared technology) sit at the centre, and every business's sites and bookings run on Ucartz infrastructure.
- Ucartz: web hosting, cloud and dedicated servers, and IT consulting services, with 24/7 support.
- Antbae: IT consulting and web development for the UAE and the Middle East.
- Hospitality: boutique stays and serviced apartments across Kerala, India.
- Plantations & real estate: small rubber and cardamom holdings, and a few long-held properties.
- Group office: finance, legal, brand and shared technology.
We hire slowly.
