Boutique, not big-box.
Each place is small and has a character of its own: a villa near the tech park, an inn for hospital visitors, a heritage house with a very good cook. What they share is a standard. Clean, calm, fairly priced, and booked through one system that the whole group runs on Ucartz infrastructure. When we take on a property for its owner, it joins the same standard and the same booking flow.

Beach Walk
A private 3BHK AC villa near Technopark, close to St Andrews Beach. A whole place rather than a hotel room, for consultants, project teams and visiting family.
Urban Loft Inn
A boutique stay opposite TSC Hospital, on land the group bought in 2025. Built for medical visitors and business travellers who want somewhere calmer, and kinder on the wallet, than a hotel.
The Verandah
A restored heritage homestay in Punalur, run with the pace, and the cooking, of an old Kerala household. Rooms for a stay, or the backyard for a small function.
Managed for their owners. Homes in Kazhakuttam, Kerala, that we host and run on behalf of their owners, listed on Airbnb.
