Aurogen Innovations works across six sectors. IT came first and still leads: two companies, Ucartz and Antbae. The rest, the group runs in-house. Every sector is funded by the last, never by outside money.
IT Infrastructure & Consultancy
Two companies. Ucartz provides web hosting, cloud, dedicated and GPU servers, and IT consulting services, with 24/7 support for customers on every continent. Antbae delivers IT consulting and web development to clients across the UAE and the Middle East from Ras Al Khaimah.
Investment & Asset Management
Managing the group's cash and holdings for steady, long-term returns rather than quick exits. Patient by design.
Real Estate & Asset Investments
Acquiring and holding land and property in Kerala, India, for the long term, including the sites the group's own businesses are built on.
Hospitality & Accommodation
A portfolio of boutique stays and serviced apartments in Kerala, India, plus properties managed for their owners. Local teams, one booking system on Ucartz infrastructure.
Agriculture & Plantation
Small holdings in rubber, cardamom and spices, held for the long term and run by local teams. The spice plot is co-invested with our friend Jijosh.

Scouting the next business to build or back, in areas the group can actually operate. We move when the fundamentals are right, not when the market is loud.

The automation and AI built inside the IT team run the group's sites, the stays' bookings and the back office alike. Antbae shares an engineering bench with Ucartz.
